Community Engagement

Saint Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic High School is proud to play an active role in the community of which it is part and is committed to the development of strong relationships with all members of the local community. Indeed one of our Assistant Headteachers is a member of a local residents group and attends regular meetings to offer support to members of the local community.

The school is open every afternoon and evening at the end of the learning day, and provides access to a wide range of facilities, including sporting facilities and adult learning opportunities.

The school also collects for the local food bank on a regular basis, supporting members of our local community, and has an active gardening club, which invites members of the local community into school every year for their annual Garden Tea Party.

We also have strong links with our feeder primary schools and hold a regular Parents' Forum, which local residents are invited to attend.
